There are a lot of us who work within this aquatic industry, and you will all agree its been bloody hard work to get where we are today.
I left Sparsholt College over twenty years ago and thanks to all the friends I have made along the way, I am fortunate enough to still be getting cold and wet most days of the week, whilst making a living at what I love doing. I recently bumped into an old College friend at a recent E.A Workshop in Blandford Town Hall. I had not seen him since the days of Pike fishing in the snow at Bicton all those years ago, "good to see you mate" remember to send me those Shark pictures....
In the middle of nowhere...

Elliot, part of our team making the unfishable, fishable....

What a great week, fantastic frosty mornings, lots of maintenence work on the River Piddle, various meetings, wet waders on the Frome, and a great Dorchester Fishing Club, work party with a great bunch of friends to round the week off, including an on bank full CURRY lunch!!!
What a fantastic bunch, so excited about their fishing, check out their web site www.grhe.co.uk (some of the finest Wild Trout fishing in Dorset).
Day tickets avaliable through me, various mentions in the Field, new day ticket review coming in the May issue.
DFC gang hard at it, check out the latest diary on their web site....
